It’s important to us that you’re absolutely satisfied with your Uwi Twins merchandise. You have 90 days from the date you purchased your item to make a return or exchange.

Pack the items you want to return into the original packaging. Please make sure that your returned item is in its original condition. Returns submitted to Uwi Twins Fashion Label Inc. that are not in their original condition and original packaging will not be accepted. Customs and import fees are non-refundable.

1. Book your free courier pick up
Courier pick up is available between Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays). We arrange for the courier to pick up the items on the business day and location that is best for you.


2. A representative will then contact you via email with a FREE shipping label.
Print and attach the address label to the package. Stick this to the box and it's ready to hand over to the courier company!
